Gartner 评选标准显示，领导者在三个关键服务领域都拥有强大的产品/服务：autoML、语言和视觉。他们的 CAIDS 产品/服务可通过 API 获取，不需要开发者具备数据科学专业知识。领导者还提供支持能力以增强其核心服务，包括自动偏差检测和缓解、特征工程、NLP、图像标记、MLOps、可解释和可解读的 AI。领导者服务于多个地区，支持多种语言。

Gartner 预测到 2025 年，AI 软件的市场规模将达到近1,348 亿美元，70% 的内部开发的新应用将采用基于 AI 或 ML 的模型。2025 年, AI 软件市场增长率将从 2021 年的 14.4% 增长至 31.1%，大大超过整体软件市场的增长率。
